I had purchased an international sim for UK n Europe. The matrix salesperson told me that it costs 450 n I would be getting 450 worth talktime. Also he assured me that the call rated would be 0.30pounds per minute and incoming would be free.
When I returned after 3 days back to mumbai I was charged with a bill of INR 11000. To add to their fraudulent behavior they debited the same amount from my account without prior notification or my authentication! How can they just use someone's credit card details without their knowledge? So guys please please please do not fall into their trap. Its better to be on ISD roaming rather than purchasing a sim from such cheaters.
I have also filled a case against them in consumer forum n issued circulars in my organization to never use any of their services. Kindly spread the word.
