I have taken matrix sim for 7 days ( 15 min free calling to India) in Mauritius with a security deposit of Rs 6000/ b4 I got the bill I had again taken the matrix sim for Singapore for a security deposit of Rs 3500/. But I was stunned to see the inflated Mauritius bill.. They have changed the call duration and also charge high prices and exhausted my entire security deposit.
When I called the customer care they r asking me to give the proof after taking the sim from me. They actually know that nothing is stored in mobile's record after taking out the sim.So ppl dnt take matrix sim rathr buylocal sim frm airport itself. They r much cheaper bcoz matrix charge Rs 122 / min for India calling
