I have recently took Matrix sim card for my Australia trip. I chose a 30 AUD rental plan and specifically asked Matrix executive about what would be the additional charges like processing fees, taxes etc. So this fool executive said 30 AUD is inclusive of all taxes and there would be no extra charges.
Now I have got my bill and it is around 45 AUD with Sur charges, set up fees and taxes. When I approached Manager at Mumbai they are showing no response. and since they ask for photocopy of credit card, bill amount has been automatically debited on my card.
So it is like they do frauds like this and keep themselves covered. But please note that I have all the call recordings with your executive and believe me I will take this issue to consumer court and make you pay for all your frauds.
Ridiculous Service. Shame on You.
