Friends,
I have Swift Zxi, brought on Aug. 7, 05. My experience with the vehicle, dealer, work shop and Maruti is as follows.
Car - Pulling on left side/ noise while clutching and declutching, door glass vibrate, sudden breaking metallic/ screeching noise, tyre bubbling noise on uneven road.
Dealer (TS Motors, Lko)- While delivering the car it was in shabby condition, Car functions were not explained, asked me tick yes every where - e.g. You be given test drive before delivery of vehicle - not done, etc, etc. After complaints only promises no solid action.
Work Shop - They are god, they can do any thing but at time of action their response is: ''sorry sir this is manufacturing defect''.
Maruti Factory - It seems that they do not have any one to do PDI or quality check before despatching the vehicle to the dealer.
I feel that I am cheated and have not got value for my hard earned money.
P.S. - Car is prone to have dents in on its left and right front, because of its wide width.
