I have booked swift on the 3rd day of the booking and got a priority date of less than 5 in the City of Cochin. My daughter was getting married on August 1st week and a promised delivery date in the last week of July was very comfortable. But to my surprise the GREAT old RELIABLEmaruti dealer shocked me yesterday to give a COURTEOUSinformation that I will not get it until end of August.
Now that we paid the full amount and I am almost a customer what better service can I expect . They are even so honest that they told me that I can cancel the booking.
So far I never own a Maruti and heard a lot about the service from Maruti. Now I EXPERIENCE it and I am seriously thinking about cancelling it and going for Tata Indigo which was my initial choice.
