This is my first review on Mouthshut.com I have taken deliver of vxi version on 29th No. 2009. The leg problem is only due to acquaintance with driving and has nothing to do with the positioning of clutch or accelarator pedal. I own a ritz vxi since 3 days.
My new finding is in vxi variant the leaflet of Maruti shows a utility tray located under the seat of driver which I could not find and I have taken up the matter with the dealer. but surprisingly in none of the cars available with him had this tray (vxi). I would request all the ritz owners of vxi to check up if there is any tray provided in the vehicle. so that a joint representation can be made to the company.
It may not cost much but maruti can not take the customers for a ride by showing something in the leaflet and not providing the same. I would request all the prospective buyers to go through each and every point printed and get it clarified by dealer to the best of your satisfaction. Otherwise the car is excellent and definitely value for money. I have purchased accessories worth 38000.00 which includes stereo, keyless entry, seat covers (GE), Door visor, teflon coating, 3M film and other sundry items. In bangalore the lifetime road tax is 55000.00 which is too high.
