We have paid amounting Rs 11, 000/ as an advance for booking a Beleno Delta Auto Petrol on 21st JANUARY 2016 to OSL Motorcorp, VIP Road, Kolkata. The concern sales Executive Mr. Ravi and Mr Goswami promised to deliver the Vehicle within 2 months or maximum in three months, but till today we have not received the vehicle in spite of several phone calls and visit.
It was also surprising to see the date of booking is 23-04-2016 which they have mentioned in the receipt in spite of giving local cheque on 21.01.2016. It means they took THREE months to get booking date after taking money. We are waiting for the car to be delivered for last seven months.
Repeated promises are being made to deliver the vehicle but still now the issue remains unresolved.
It seems Maruti Suzuki being an International brand has lowered their standard with NEXA. They are making false promises to customers which they are not able to keep.
