I agree to the below review. We had been to Mango Mist for the New Year in a group of 10-12 people...stayed for a day...facilities were decent...
Except that few staff members especially the adventure sport guys were unprofessional & ill-mannered, & the management was happily supporting their staff rather than apologizing for their mistakes...
They made a good business from our group & they had the least courtesy to oblige their customers...When we happened to complain about one of the ill-behaved staff member, rather than understanding the fault & apologizing over it, they were justifying the act & blindly supporting their staff.
Other aspects:- DJ was pathetic, New Year Eve dinner was not that great, no indoor games options, adventure sports weren't sufficient to accommodate the crowd (wait in the queue for 30 mins to get a chance for zorbing).
Cottages were good & entire place was well-maintained, pool was nice, Bonfire was also fine...
Not recommended for a team outing...Meant for honeymoon couples/families for a leisure break...
