I purchased a shared hosting plan with domain name from them last year and raised a few 100's of tickets which they do not read. Now I have a VPS and cPanel account Try logging in with the username/password you have and see it works in https://tickets.cpanel.net/
It took care of my ticketing worries with manashosting. They are only required to build the VPS and install cPanel on your Virtual Private Server.
