I have using their service past a year and a half.

They have something called the billing staff and technical staff.
Most frustrating support staff. **Dumb**, cant speak English properly, **vernacular accent.*
Response time: At their leisure, at least 10-15 days
Education level: 10th Pass / Fail

Very Slow as they run the cheapest service, many clients hooked on to it.
very poor response time.
most of the software will never work.
Servers regularly go down.
not recommended for live, production systems.
They are good for school and college projects for little kids, who don care about down time.

Management unstable, no proper rules and heirarchy.
