Have but unlimited windows hosting. After 4 months my services is suddenly stopped without any alert msg by mail or any other communication for service going to stop. I have contacted tech team they drive me to billing team and them they told me many condition which not mention in plan and they charge me around 14000/* for penalty which is not related to my services.
After many conversation they drive me to buy another product and then only they cancel my penalty. Finally I had get decision, stop doing business with manashosting.com and just go with some one else.
