If you are reading this, save your time+money, don't ever look at this cheating company. I am having my own Web Development company. I started the business with their Shared Hosting and Domain Reseller Plan. Their web hosting is so poor and they impose lot of restrictions that they don't mention in their Plan advertisements.
Once all of my sites were deleted automatically, and when I reached the support, their answer was "Sir you have websites back, please restore your sites". At that time I didn't had that many clients and luckily all sites were backed up with me, so I went ahead and re-uploaded the sites. After a month, I shifted all my websites to Hostgator.
Now for the domain reseller, every time I registered a domain/renewed a domain, my order got struck in processing. When I asked them, they had only one copy canned reply "We are looking at our issue and will be corrected soon. While replying, please update the ticket to Open". And they close the ticket.
Who the hell are they to close the ticket without fixing the issue? I have abused a lot in their support section but they are too stupid that they repeat the same crap. I was fed up with those bunch of fools. Today, I have shut their Domain reseller as well and I am feeling relaxed now. I can concentrate on my work now without wasting so much time for those idiots.
