I am also a victim of this company like thousands of reviews I am seeing on Internet. Definitely a fraud company. In 2010/11, I opted for one year RESELLER plan at around 4/5 thousand, I don't remember. Immediately a person called me back and provided offer for 5 years at Rs.15000.
I thought its a good offer. Then I paid balance amount also. That plan's expiry date is June 2015, but till date I could not host a single domain due to third class WEB-interface and no support.
Now every 10 days they call for extra money saying they want to change server to upgraded one. I paid for 5 years, could not host website and still they are asking for additional charges saying 'software and support charges'
I will tell 1000 more people not to be a victim of this company.
