I booked an air ticket through MakeMyTrip for a flight from Abu Dhabi to Almaty on February 15, 2025 Booking Id: AN7ACU7493913728432, but after making the payment, the system changed my return flight to February 21, 2025, instead of my intended date. This wasn’t the first issue—before this, I had booked a February 15, 2025 flight from Abu Dhabi to Almaty, and although the app showed the ticket as confirmed, I was unable to download it due to an error.
To make matters worse, the next day, I received a call from MakeMyTrip, informing me that my flight had been canceled due to a technical issue. Their server is not stable, and this has caused major inconvenience. If you’re looking for a hassle-free booking experience, don’t use them—you might end up frustrated like I did!
