MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Recently I had booked the Himachal Package with MMT and for getting the deal, sales person provided false commitment and later no support from Customer care team. Being a customer, I have been asked to connect with different people within MMT(Tour Manager, Sales Person, Customer Care, .) but none was ready to take the responsibility for resolution & spoiled my entire vacation by providing poor accommodation and poor planning. I would suggest everyone to refrain from taking package from MMT rather take it from local vendor as they own the responsibility.
