MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Perhaps the worst customer service I have come across so far. They are rude and do not provide any assistance correctly only to leave you frustrated at the end of it. Based on my experience, this has been my worst travel experience.

Extremely disappointed with makemytrip. Personally, I would never recommend it to anyone. Please refer alternate options
