MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Refund to wallet is stated as immediate. But it didn't happen. On enquiry they said it will happen in 24 hrs. But that too didn't happen. When asked to refund to bank to accept the request they need 24 hrs. Don't do any transaction in wallet
