MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I tried to book a flight from Coimbatore - New Delhi via indigo flight with my bank debit card and the transaction was declined for some reason. But the money was deducted from my account. When contacted make my trip they dint have any clue of what's going on.

I did showed the screenshot of my mini statement proving the fact. Still awaiting reply. NO action indeed. Never deal with those scamsters..!
