MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I went to port blair for my holiday through MMT, as it is globally accepted travel agency. But, the complete tour was wasted through their tour manager's behaviour. I am just surprised to see that tour manager finds the passengers as students and tries to exploit and thinks himself as the god father. Kindly tell me where will you find such managers. Really hats off.
