Recently booked a resort going by the photos uploaded by makemytrip. However, the hotel was pathetic and stinking. Had a horrible experience. The owner denied refund and also upgrade. I traveled with family and was shocked. I had a very bad experience and there was no support from makemytrip. Never book through makemytrip.
