If I could give this company zero stars, I would. MakeMyTrip has taken the joy out of travel and replaced it with frustration, confusion, and a strong urge to scream into the void. there’s the "support team", which I suspect is a bot masquerading as an actual human. I asked about a flight change once, and they gave me instructions that definitely didn’t apply to my situation. Instead of solving my problem, they gave me a new one. Congratulations, MakeMyTrip! You’ve officially ruined my travel plans. To top it all off, their customer service is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. After hours of trying to get someone to assist me with my booking, I was told, "Sorry, it’s company policy." So, I guess company policy is to ruin your trip, not fix your mistakes?
MakeMyTrip isn’t a travel agency—it’s a one-way ticket to disappointment, stress, and regret. If you enjoy wasting time, money, and your mental health, go ahead and book through them. If not, do yourself a favor and book anywhere else.
