After making payment to them will ask you for those document which you don't have. Which they didn't realize that document are missing at time of assessment. Then they offer you to create those fake document and you have to pay for it. Because you already spend so much of money so you won't mind or understand the depth of their cheating and lust for money.
Then they will assign your case to different different case managers. Their case managers changing almost every two month. They will constantly ask you to send emails which they won't reply.
After making payment you are helpless. They will waste your one or two years. After that you got tired and stop calling them or messaging them.
