I bought a super splender nearly 2 mnths ago from this shop . My overall experience e is good.The CSR guy is very patient about the need of any customer , explains in details about all types of queries also listens care fully about doubts. Unlike any other dealer's. CSR which all r aggressive , only bothered about to force you to be their customer n having their own same story to tell every body who is coming in.
The Guy who is in-charge of delivery also very help full , dynamic n gives importance to satisfy the takers . When I went to other those rubbish careless dealers like sai dealers n the one near domlur fly over etc. Few of them don’t have the stock not worried to deliver if someone wants to buy n few of them will say(like sai dealers in banshankari) at very 1st talk that they will not sell the bike without accessories (That is completely false) .
The trust worthy thing about this dealer is they are very much clear about what is actual n I felt is it is somehow cheaper n price also.The services guys are very help full. When I given for the 1 st service they fully cooperated with me n their behaviour is also nice. If some wants to buy any Hero Honda two wheeler I will surely recommend this shop. The buyers will have surely much better experience than others .
