My family bought a Xylo E2 in March. In April, there was a diesel leak for which the fuel injection component was changed. The people were quite helpful to us in rectifying the problem. They came to our home and picked up the vehicle. After the repairs, they brought it back to our home.
Now today(28/7/09) with 6600 Km another problem occurred while traveling together with family. The vehicle stopped while idling. We tried everything to get it started again, but no hope. We were even trying to push-start it since we were not near to any town to get someone to look at it. It looked pretty bad trying to push-start a brand new vehicle. Too bad to travel with a new car and has to face several problems in five months. This is not what we hoped for when we spent the money for a new vehicle.
The road side assitance is a great help. Their respone was timely and helpful. Yet it is too bad for Mahendria, as the public observes their vehile break down on the road. And for us to be on the road(litterally) while traveling with our family.
