Mahindra Logan is a car with boxy looks, not one with smooth contours but with boxy lines on the exterior. It didn't look like a great car on the first sight. But when I went to put my luggage in its boot I was amazed with the space inside. The space was too much. Then I drove it for the first time. I am a normal young guy with passion for speed. The car is so stable even at high speeds with tremendous control. There is a fuel consumption meter on display which gives the mileage as we are driving.
It was astonishing 20 km per litre during the journey. Even though I felt a bit down with initial acceleration of the car which is not as quick as a swift or a Honda City but the driveability compensates for that more than enough. The AC was very powerful which was a welcome respite in June heat this year. Five big people can comfortably sit in this car as there is so much room in the car, I could never imagine it had such space when I saw it from outside. If one compares the price of the car with other Sedans and experiences its drive-ability, it would be rated one among the best diesel Sedans India has seen.
