I bought a Mahindra FLyte scooter from Soniya Motors, Bhandup on August 1, 2010. The scooter went for its first service on September 10, 2010 and that is when the problems began.


Firstly the people are extremely rude. Guys wake up and smell the coffee. You have to have a good customer service else your product wont sell!!!


Secondly they 'service our bike'. they charge us about 500 bucks for engine oil and other services. we ride almost 40kms back home and then the bike makes a loud noise and Kaput it stops! luckily we are close home and just roll over the bike.


We start calling the service centre and helpline and someone comes home after three days only to tell us that the service station had forgotten to put the engine oil! all I can say is HOLY SH*T. So now basically with no engine oil, and riding the distance, the bike is F@#(ed.


Guys, I love my bike. It is like my baby and mahindra scooters are great except for the service guys...


Pls pray I get my bike back in one piece.
