I was about 5 minutes late to the show because of traffic, but from the moment I entered, the film had my full attention. Honestly, if you are a devotee, don’t even bother with reviews just go and watch Mahavatar Narsimha. It’s more than a movie, it feels like a spiritual journey.
The story is already well known to everyone, but the way it’s presented here makes it feel alive and powerful. The screenplay builds nicely, and the second half takes things to another level. The fight scenes in particular were outstanding very engaging and gave the same rush as watching Kantara or Hanu-Man. The climax was easily the highlight, filled with goosebumps moments and pure energy.
Now, speaking honestly the animation is not perfect. It’s decent, okay-okay in parts, and sometimes you feel it could have been better. But the way the story and emotions are handled makes you look past it. In fact, the ending sequence still manages to look fabulous and leaves a strong impact.
The music is another strong point powerful, devotional, and perfectly synced with the story. Some emotional scenes really hit the heart, and the background score amplified them beautifully. By the end, I literally had goosebumps and a feeling of divine power.
