The Mahanagar Gas Ltd has a very bad customer service, the helpline number is always busy or the call is never reaching to them!
They never provide perfect details of payment for eg. Where to pay, before time to pay, till what time payment office is open.
They have also increased their price and now they charging very high rates, tough to afford!
I would have giving 5 stars if company had no issues like such! If in case of emergency the helpline numbers are not reachable then it's of no use!
