Magna is a good outsourcing company. I have worked with Magna for around six month for client IBM.
Timely salary and good salary structure is plus point of this company.They have good client list.
HR and management is good. They maintain good relationship with candidate.
Cons: The interaction with the employee is less. Sometimes it becomes difficult to reach them when you are working on the client site.Apart from this I have a good experience with this company.
