I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Magic Bricks. Our company, a reputable builder in North Bangalore, purchased a package from Magic Bricks with the promise of generating genuine leads.
Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of disastrous. The sales representative, Mr. Souvik, assured us that we would receive 50 legitimate customer leads. However, the leads provided were entirely fake, and none of the individuals showed any genuine interest in our properties.
We have wasted significant time and resources pursuing these fictitious leads, only to realize that Magic Bricks has failed to deliver on their promises. This has resulted in a substantial financial loss for our company.
I strongly advise other builders and real estate developers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Magic Bricks. Their business practices appear to be misleading and fraudulent.
I request a full refund for the package we purchased and expect a formal apology from Magic Bricks. I hope that you will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent similar experiences for other customers.
