All sorts of packages sold by MagicBricks to sell a property is a scam, since when offering you a plan they market and provide a sales pitch detailing that there are prospects out there for your property and within no time it would be sold by them. But after the plan is active, no such prospects appears and they even cannot get a single prospect for a site visit, selling the property is quite way ahead. So it seems like taking local broker approach is better.
I am unable to rate 1 star and they expect me to give minimum 3start — Is this yet another mouthshut scam??
