I have been looking for investing in the 2 bhk flat in pune. and their are many property dealers available in pune which taken some% of commission. but this is not the case with the magic bricks.com, I have just visited the site and their is no broker and no commission you just need to contact the seller of the property and you can get the deal with them it is really mot suitable for both seller and buyers.
