I sent a courier through madhur courier services from ankleshwar to surat(50 km) but next day it didn't received by any person.I called customer service, he said that it is for out of delivery I called again after some time they didn't pick .I also called for surat office, they also didnt pick, Courier has not reached yet.Very poor service and assistance.It is just 50 km approx from ankleshwar to surat and after 24 hours it didn't deliver.No help from cutomer service and also there is no email id on their website for complaint.
