Good institution for GATE and ESE, PSU Examinations but only for the good engineering students who have good grasp over the basics and concepts. They provide good study materials but as a student, you have to cover and practice to get hold of the vast syllabus. The study materials they provide consists of short formulae and few numericals which only provide a overview of a particular concept but students have to practice other materials to master the syllabus and get a good rank.
