I had great dreams when I joined but now a problem has crept up, which threatens peaceful time at the company. This letter is regarding the behaviour of a Trainer Divya who works in DLF IT PARK RAMAPURAM CHENNAI INDIA, I was forced to discontinue, I am completely disappointed, kindly have one on one with training batches before they hit the floor so you can come to an understanding what's been imputed in the head of new joiners about the individual operations head she talks nonsense and creates negative impact, and trainees/agents where been advised not to do EDP and this lady tend to record conversation and canvas them to other companies however she is not an healthy employee for Lycatel she is a disgrace, You have to seriously look into it. if proper actions aren't been taken I am planning to register a formal complaint regards to this on company blog so new joiners can beware of this lady Trainer.
