Lybrate.com is a website which provides online appointment of doctors. I had a very bitter experience with this site. I would like to share my experience with you all. Yesterday I booked an appointment with a doctor through the lybrate platform ( Lybrate.com) by paying 500 rupees for a telephonic conversation of 10 minutes ( Max) . The time was fixed at 9.00 pm on 15 april 2017. But when my call was connected , the doctor was too busy and told me to call after 10 pm. When I tried to contact the doctor after 10 pm my door to call the doctor through the app was closed. After then I called the customer service several times but no solution was given by them. I want to inform that this platform is one of the most dangerous company and should be closed as early as possible. Because they are playing games with customer's health, which is the worst thing to do.
