If you have taken the risk of buying a Luminous inverter please throw it out even if there be a repairable technical snag. The chances are that Company will not service it and go on giving you empty promises that it will be repaired by the end of the day.
I did the mistake of buying a Luminous inverter of 1400 VA capacity two years ago. It seems to have developed problem in its relay as the output to the electric meter stops intermittently. I have been calling the company for the last four days but no one is attending to the complaint.
Following up the complaint is responded by a rude shock and we are told to tell the complaint number which my wife has misplaced. Does this mean that the product will never be repaired?
PLEASE DON'T BE TAKEN IN BY THE ENDORSEMENT BY MR. SIDHU. TAKE MY ADVICE. BUY A LOCAL INVERTER BUT NOT LUMINOUS.
