Extremely sorry for hurting the well wishers of the luminous family but the product that I purchased less than 2year ago is giving me nightmares...
FCor the last 6months or so m getting problems with it , and for the last 6 days m contacting the service center of luminous at 011 45500700 and 011 40778222 but no action has been taken from their side but always an assurance has been given that 'll provide u a technician by tomorrow and even god doesn't know wen 'll that tomorrow come......
My old complaint number is 2689558 and with continuous calls they have updated the complaint number that I don't know..Hope luminous people will be looking at my comments and would try to improve a better service after products sold ......
Till then I would recommend every one to buy this product nottttt....and do post more regarding this product so that the prospective buyers will inquire about b4 purchasing this product...Get well soon LUMINOUS....
