Being used to the good serv on domestic airlines in India, was appalled at the bad bad serv on Lufthansa. Sorry Lufthansa but your planes are old old old, lie almost obsolete, with 2 small telivision for every 150 people.
He TV is so small if not in the 1st 3 rows, one can see nothing, n that is all the entertainment along with some sad sad song selections Of 4 flights, ( 2 legs each) on logn dist flights they ran out of choise of food .Hello its really cheap to feed a pax, maybe usd 2 /passenger per meal.
Come on lazy flight attendants who would rather read books or stand around and chat amongst themselves then attend to guests. Get a move on, how hard can it be to attend to a few guests, or is it understaffing that u cant attend to all .Seemed they were more interested in selling cigarettes then serving guests…Chances are I would definetly Prefer to avoid this airline unless push comes to a shoveAircrafts are also old and shabby inside, airlines is beginning to show its age.
