BPL is the worst cell phone provider. Today without asking me they have barred my Prepaid card. They are blessed asking me for some documents which I have submited at the time of buying the card. I own this card for around 3 years now.
What the hell is this. Dont they keep a copy of it or what. Do they expect 10 lack users to submit it.
I called their call center up and the associate there told me that it is said by the government but why only this Service provider is asking us for the proof. They think we have lots of time to submit whatever they ask for and they can inturn threat us by stopping incomming and outgoing from our cell phones.
Thats our money which we are using to call They arent giving us anything for free.
I think its The WORST Service provider ever that I have experience.
