I have taken new billing line of Dolphin and next day BPL mobile call centre operator has called me that we have selected you for a free sim card scheme. I asked her that from where have you got my number ? Her answer was Dolphin and BPL has been merged and the detail of customer has been given by dolphin.


There is no merger of MTNL and BPL. When they are selling same product why the Dolphin will introduce other operator? Always BPL is approaching roaming customer and telling the same thing. Why they are making the false statement of merging? If they want to capture the market they have to improve their services or give chepaer service than Dolphin.


When I am very much satisfied with Dolphin why are they insist to take BPL by giving some offer and about merging news? The Dolphin service is a service given by PSU and the MTNL is having very large infrastructure and other private operators are using theit network and paying charges to MTNL how can they offer cheaper service?
