I have been a Loop customer since years. Recently I went to their fort branch to make payment and the employee on the counter must be having a bad day and hence was using abusive languages at all times. I called the manager immediately and he said so what, its a democratic country, you are not doing any favor by being here. The managers name was Hemant.
This horrible tragic experience has made me shift with immediate effect.
