BPL- Believe in the worst!. Review on Loop Mobile Operator

I converted my BPL Pre-paid into a regular connexion in Bombay, because I wanted a roaming facility. When the conversion was being done (they took Rs. 2000 from me...in cash) I was told their Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa Roaming service is free.(All their printed literature says so)

I go to Goa and there is no BPL Network Signal on my Mobile. Called up the local (Goa) BPL, and they said ''Sir, Bombay and Goa are different companies''

So I call up the Bombay Customer Service from Goa. If you are a BPL customer you know how long they put you on hold.

''Please wait. Your call is important to us''...ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT.

Anyways, I wasted more than Rs. 300 getting through to them and they say'' Sir, you'll have to put an additional Rs. 9000 as deposit to activate your roaming''

So I prompltly went and got myself a Birla AT&T connection.

BPL...NOT JUST MOBILES...ARE CROOKS OF THE FIRST ORDER.
