I have been using BPL Mobile since the early days when the rates used to be astronomical.... but as of late all cellular operators have reduced the prices.
One thing that I love about BPL Mobile is that outgoing to another BPL Mobile is 50% in addition to free incoming from all mobile operators in India (except BSNL ofcourse)..
The service is real good, the customer care is prompt and helpful, billing is not awkward like some other providers, the 32K sim Wiz gives you more memory on the sim as well as a lot of other features. BPL Mobile is by far the most customizable as you can create and download your own logos, ringtones etc.
One thing that Im not too keen about BPL Mobile though is that it does not have a wide network...also withing the network reception is not too good... they have to do something abut this.
But for 375 a month I get, 100 mins of free incoming/outgoing and a whole lot of features.. so this is still the best plan for me and Im happy with it. They also have various others plans to suit all tastes.
