Most unreliable service. Review on Loop Mobile Operator

I used bpl mobile two years back, I was happy with the service. I discontinued cell for long time and I took mots 2 days back, I am unable to SMS most of times (1 goes in 4 tries) (my sms charges are reduced though), and when I try to call someone shows always network busy and when my friends SMS me I hardly get them. Their email2sms and sms2email service is good offer but it doesnt work so its of no use. However email sent on number@bplmobile.com does work properly, but when reply is sent, it doesnt go. Compared to other service providers they also dont support WAP for mots. The company is not planning to increase network and improve service on overloaded networks, may be they are just planning to close the business.

I trusted bpl for better service that I got 2 years back, but this year they broke my trust and its really nice to have a prepaid card system where you can atleast evaluate the system before going to buy for long term contract. I am happy that I went for mots rather then bpl billing.
