The services of BPL suck.You will never be satisfied with their network coverage,billing,customer service and other facilities. They are just too horrible to account.I have used Orange in Mumbai too and have found Orange to be leap years ahead of BPL.Their executives are rude which is one thing but they are also extremely inefficient and lack basic knowledge to solve queries and problems.They make tall claims but not one of them are kept.I hope that most of the customers at BPL realize how they are being cheated and then they move on to Orange or BPL.I stay on the main SV Road and do not get network on the balcony facing the road.You can imagine.
