BPL one of the biggest cellular companies in India! they may have a lot of subscribers but they are going to loose them soon if they do not buckle up and stop cheating their customers. I have been charged for phone calls I never made by BPL and when brought to their notice all they had to say was we are sorry. but that does not make up for the time I wasted in visiting their outlet, waiting to be attended to and then explaining to their executives what exactly has happened. Later you are told that the due date for the bill had passed so you have to pay the late payment charges. Am I supposed to keep my cool and visit them again..... or get this thing sorted out once and for all? Nice money making ways huh?


Finally once you go make your point, they apologise and one week later you get your next bill ....oops its got some new numbers again!!!!! by now all that you can do is shout ''@#$%'' and hope you are heard.


Hope to see some improvements in your billing system BPL.
