The worst worstest mobile network in town..
Its basically a nightmare..you will never have network inside your house, you will have keep moving inside your house in search of network, but at last you are not gonna find it and resulting in ending up your call.
The main drawback is that there is no LOOP mobile network outside Mumbai. So you are obviously not gonna get any recharge card outside mumbai or any other service.
You guys can see the network availability sing on top of the mobile screen, its basically has five lines showing the network's power...in LOOP mobile's case you can never find that thing to go over 2 or 3.
The internet connection is more horrible..u send a message to your friends on Whatsapp at a moment..even for the message to get send from you phone it takes about 2 to 3 hours. It works fine only few times otherwise its like headache to you.
Moreover the customer care service, they are like a bigger headache till the time you start talking to them this comes after you wait on hold for like 30 mins on call and keep listening the pathetic loop mobile song.
The people in customer care don't even have the basic manners of how to communicate to a person.
Guys please think, compare, rate and then go for a network selection.
And the worst part is I am still using LOOP mobile network, but in few days I am gonna port it into mush better network, and I guess any other network else then LOOP is better then LOOP.
