The worst provider ever experianced. Review on Loop Mobile Operator

I havent experianced such outdated and crap service ever before.

I have used Orange, Hutch Gujarat, Idea Maharashtra and Idea Gujarat and Airtel mumbai in GSM and Reliance in CDMA.

I am into mobile and wireless application development domain, and frequently require various connectivity for testing puproses. The worst part of BPL is the billing process and network congetion.

1) Billing: Their policy is nuts! For example, if you are enrolled for 200 rs plan then they set the credit limit upto 1000 rs. If you cross the limit then they will cut down outgoing calls facility (seems ok as many of provides does that now a days) But in case of BPL its GPL!!!! :(

They stop sim registration so you cant connect to their network, so all incoming calls and sms are cut! WTF, my bill due date was 19th may and accidentaly the usage limit crossed on 3rd may. And immediately they cut down all services.

It leads to dramatic situation, say if you are on roaming and have crossed the credit limit then you are disconnected from the world.... It never happend with other providers.

This aspect makes BPL most irresponsible provider.

If those guys doesnt have money and faith why the hell ppl should rely them.

2) Network congestion:

To describe this, Try calling BPL number from BPL number from single zone and single cell (the first step every tester takes) THEY FAIL!!!!!

In peak hrs, even BPL subscribers cant reach other BPL folks

3) Customer care:

No body here cares! After 10 pm in the evening there wont be any one to listen.

4) Cutting edge tech and plans:

All of them are outdated..

GUYS DONT GO FOR BPL,.... IF YOU ARE IN MUMBAI THEN AIRTEL IS THE BEST.
