Customer service of loop mobile does not exist. My sms pack stopped working after 30 days. Though the validity is 60 days.
*Reason:** No reason. Technical problem! Now, there is no one to fix it and it has become a mystery. They cannot solve. So, I continue to pay and they continue to sleep. Besides they believe that people must speak Hindi only. All their operators speak in Hindi only. May be they all are going to campaign in the forthcoming election!
After 8 complaints, they r still looking into the matter.
